Superior Room
These suites are 40 square meters and have high ceilings, double or twin beds, sleeping area and lounge area with sofa, dining table, and hideaway kitchen. The bath is equipped with a shower.
Deluxe Room
These rooms are 40 to 54 square meters and have high ceilings, large windows with beautiful views, double or twin beds, sleeping and lounge area with double sofa bed, coffee table, hideaway kitchen or a kitchen in a separate room, and marble fireplace (only decorative). The bath offers a shower or tub, and some rooms may have a private terrace (16 square meters) that looks out over Via Strozzi or Via Vecchietti.
Junior Suite
Junior suites measure 56 to 58 square meters and have a double or twin bedroom, lounge area with double sofa bed, two sofas, dining table, and hideaway kitchenette. There is either 1 bath with a tub or two baths, one in the entrance to the lounge (with water closet, bidet , and sink) and one in the bedroom (with a shower). Junior suites have views of Via Strozzi or Via Vecchietti.
Suite
Suites are very spacious, measuring from 65 to 75 square meters. They are made up of a twin or double bedroom and lounge area with double sofa bed, dining table, two sofas, and a hideaway kitchen or cuisine in a separate room. Suites either have 1 bath with a tub and shower or 2 baths, one with water closet, bidet ,and sink ,and one en suite with shower and Turkish bath. The lounge either looks over Via Vecchietti or the suite will come with a private terrace which overlooks the rooftops.
Apartment
Apartments are very large, from 92 to 100 square meters, and are composed of two or three rooms, one or two living rooms and sleeping quarters, separate kitchen with access to a private terrace overlooking the courtyard outside, or retractable kitchenette. Two wardrobes, double sofa bed, two or four armchairs, dining table with chairs, marble fireplace (only decorative), two baths, one with shower or tub and Turkish bath, the other with shower or tub, view of the courtyard outside or with no view due to the elegant gambrel roof and skylights.
